    • Aguada Fort (Built by Portuguese in the year 1609for the purpose of keeping an eye on the movements through the waters and the nearby areas and the structure was finally complete in 1612. Since then, precisely for over more than 400 years, the fort has stood strong, although some parts of it have been ruined and its magnificence remains intact. Two Interesting points to visit here are Aguada light house & Aguada Jail )

     

    • Calangute Beach (Discovered by hippies in the 60s,Calangute Beach in Goa is an amazing place to visit with friends. With the blue waters of the Arabian Sea lapping its shores, it’s a heaven for nature lovers. Plus, it lets you fly over the waves with Para-sailing and a host of adventure water sports.)
    • Baga Beach(Baga Beach is a popular beach and tourist destination in North Goa.Baga is located at the north end of the contiguous beach stretch that starts from Sinquerim, Candolim, leads to Calanguteand then to Baga. The beach contains rows of shacks and fishing boats, and at high tide the beach is narrow. The beach is named after the Baga Creek, which empties into the Arabian Sea at the north end of the beach. Baga Beach is also famous for water sports such as parasailing and banana rides, and dolphin cruises. In Baga Beach, new parking has been constructed for around 800 cars or more, and there is Baga creek bridge which connects northern part like arpora, Anjuna etc

     

    • Anjuna Beach(Known as Mother of All Beaches. Anjuna Beach is one of the best beaches of GOA and located in North Goa. The beach is quite clean n nice. Best time to visit is in the evening during the sunset. Anjuna beach Goa is an ideal choice for nature buffs, who love to enjoy full moon parties during the New Year and Christmas. Visitors on this very day rejuvenate themselves in a pleasurable atmosphere of the lucent full-moon casting a magic charm and the soft frothing waves snuggling their feet)

    • Shri Shantadurga Temple (Located at the foothills of Kavlem village in Ponda district of Goa, the Shri Shantadurga temple is one of the popular pilgrimage sight. The temple is dedicated to Shree Shantadurga, the goddess of peace. Shanta, in Sanskrit, means peace. According to Hindu mythology, the goddess got her name after she settled a quarrel between Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. According to legend, the quarrel turned bitter and became so fierce that it threatened to destroy the entire universe. Fearing annihilation, Lord Brahma beseeched Goddess Parvati to interfere. Taking the form of Shantadurga, the goddess took Shiva by her left hand and Vishnu by her right and pacified the duo. The idol of the goddess is flanked by the statues of Shiva and Vishnu. The goddess holds serpents in each hand, representing Shiva and Vishnu.)

     

     

    • Shri Manguesh Temple(Shri Manguesh Temple is located at Mangueshi Village in Pirol, Ponda taluka, Goa it is at a distance of 1km from Mardol and close to Nagueshi, Panaji the Capital of Goa is about 22 km and Margao 26 km. The 400-year-old Shri Mangesh temple dedicated to Shiva stands out with its simple and yet exquisite-ly elegant structure. The temple is noted for the pillars which are considered to be the most beautiful among the temple is Goa. There is a prominent Nandi Bull which is considered to be the Vahana (Ve-hicle) of Shiva. A beautiful seven-storied deep stambha (lamp tower), stands at the gates in the temple complex. The temple also has a magnificent water tank, which is believed to be the oldest part of the temple.)

     

    • Basilica of Bom Jesus (The Bom Jesus Basilica, perhaps Goa’s most famous church and among the most revered by Christians worldwide, is partially in ruins but still a model of simplicity and elegance, and a fine example of Jesuit architecture. This is the only church in Old Goa, which is not plastered on the outside, the lime plaster having been stripped off by a zealous Portuguese conservationist in 1950.Located at Old Goa, 10 kilometres east of Panaji; the Bom Jesus Basilica is a World Heritage Monument. The foundation stone of this remarkably large church was laid on 24 November 1594 and the church was consecrated by Fr. Alexia de Menezes, the Archbishop of Goa and Primate of India consecrated it when it was completed on 15 May 1605. In 1946 it was raised to the status of a minor Basilica.)

     

     

    • Se Cathedral( One of the most ancient and celebrated religious buildings of Goa, this magnificent 16th century monument to the Roman Catholic rule in Goa under the Portuguese is the largest church in Asia. The Cathedral is dedicated to St. Catherine of Alexandria on whose feast day in 1510 Alfonso Albuquerque defeated the Muslim army and took possession of the city of Goa. Hence it is also known as St. Catherine’s’ Cathedral. The Cathedral was commissioned by the Portuguese Viceroy, Redondo to be “a grandiose church worthy of the wealth, power and fame of the Portuguese who dominated the seas from the Atlantic to the Pacific”. The final edifice is bigger than any of the churches in Portugal itself.
      The construction of this imposing edifice began in 1562 during the reign of King Dom Sebastião (1557-78) and substantially completed by 1619. The main altars however were not finished until the year 1652. It was consecrated in 1640. The Cathedral was built for the Dominicans and paid for by the Royal Treasury out of the proceeds of the sale of the Crown’s property.)

     

    • Francis Church(Best church​ in Goa. This beautiful place. One of the oldest church in India. This place very crowded throughout the day.

     

    • Miramar Beach(Miramar Beach is situated 3 kms from Panaji. A lovely golden beach of soft sand girdled with palm trees facing the blue Arabian Sea, is the nearest to Panaji. Miramar is an urban beach where the Mandovi River meets the Arabian Sea. It is not a safe beach to swim as there is a strong undercurrent.)

     

    • In evening, enjoy a river boat cruise ride on the Mandovi River.

    • Coco Beach The Coco beach is situated at the mouth of the Nerul River on the Mandovi Estuary, directly opposite Panaji. There are a number of restaurants here and the 10 or so restaurants are popular in the afternoon, but quiet at night.Further down the estuary there the two small beaches of Quedevelim and the Reis Magos Church and Reis Magos Fort (this impressive Portugese Fort was a prison for some years and is no longer open to the public)

    The fifth day of your Goa holiday takes you to the glittering Dudhsagar Waterfalls and aromatic Spice Plantations.

    • Dudhsagar Waterfalls (Enjoy splashes of the gushing water and feed the monkeys roaming around. The majestic cascade of white water, gushing over the steep, nearly vertical face of the mountain from a spectacular height of 1017ft; is both breath taking and awe inspiring, making one aware that there are many forces in nature much more powerful that the human mind and body. The name ‘Dudhsagar’ literally translates to ‘sea of milk’ which many believe is an allusion to the white spray and foam that the great waterfall creates as it cascades into the waters of the lake. The falls are at their zenith during the monsoon season, although they are a popular attraction all year round.

    Location This waterfall is located in the Sanguem Taluka of Goa, and falls into the jurisdiction of the Goa Forest departments since it is a part of the Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary. One can go by road or rail to Kulem railway station and then trek to the waterfall or hire a jeep with a driver to get closer in; however, there will still be a walk to reach the base of the falls.)

     

    • Aromatic Spice Plantations(One of the most fascinating and refreshing Goa tourist attractions are the Spice Plantations in Goa. For an excursion down the spice plantation you begin your day by starting to explore the fields and the farms. A tour to the Spice Plantations in Goa is a way to get close to nature, and breathe in the sharp essence and fragrances of fresh spices. You’ll see men climbing up the tree and maintaining a balance and at the same time while plucking betel nut fruits from those swaying trees and then swing slightly to another tree. The spice plantations are managed by people who have comprehensive knowledge and excel in technical knowhow of farming spices.)

     

     Towards the end of the day, come back to the hotel and stay for the night.
