- Day 01: Mcleodganj - Kareri village (1800M) 13 Km
The trek goes through the pine forests and crosses several tribal villages on the way. Kareri is a tribal village. Night stay in tents.
- Day 02: Kareri - Kareri lake (3300 M) 13 Km
Trail goes through mixed forests of oak,
- Day 03: Kareri lake - Bagga (3250 M.) 10 Km
After a short ascent from the lake is a steep descent through the forest to Bagga.
- Day 04: Bagga - Rawa Village (2950M) 8 Km
The trail goes downhill through the forest. Rawa village is situated on the bank of small river.
- Day 05: Rawa - una Devi Temple (2120 M) 13 Km
It is a steep ascent through the forest to Guna Devi Temple, situated in the middle of the forest. Night stay in tents.
- Day 06: Guna Devi - Triund (2875 M) 12 Km
After 2 km level walk there is a steep ascent to Triund – a foat meadow on the top of a ridge. from Triund panoramic view of the peaks of Dhauladhar on one side and the Kangra valley on the other is a awe-inspiring. Night stay in tents.
- Day 07: Triund - Mcleodganj 9 Km
